An Appstack organization is a top-level entity that contains your apps, team members, integrations, and mappings.
Follow these steps to create an organization:
- Go to Settings > Apps
- Click Connect new app
- Select Create a new organization
Apps are entities managed within an Appstack organization. Each app:
- Must be unique across all organizations
- Can only belong to one organization
- Organizations can have unlimited apps (plan dependent)
When adding a new app via its App Store URL, you’ll see:
- App name
- App ID (from Apple App Store)
- Appstack endpoint for SKAdNetwork postbacks
- SDK key
- Creation date
Apps can be in one of two states:
Waiting for postbacks
- Requires app release with Appstack endpoint (
www.ios-appstack.com
)- All modules except ‘Overview’ are accessible
Active
- At least one SKAdNetwork postback received
- Full access to all modules including ‘Overview’
If you get an “App already exists” error when adding an app, please contact support.
Organizations can support unlimited users (plan dependent) with three role types:

Important: If an organization’s sole owner deletes their profile, the entire organization including all apps and users will be permanently deleted.
