Connect to TikTok

To successfully connect TikTok, you must:

  1. Have ‘Admin’ access over the right ad business portfolio. ‘Standard’ is not enough to make the integration work.
  2. Ensure that the app used within Appstack is connected to the right ad account

Step-by-step

  1. Go to integrations and click on ‘Connect’. This will automatically open a new page that will redirect you to the TikTok connection flow.

  1. Login to your TikTok Business account with access to the right ad account and apps.

  1. Accept the requested permissions by clicking ‘Confirm.’

There’s a 30s to 60s delay after you connect and you are sent back to Appstack.

Deactivate

To deactivate an integration, please submit a request through our Enterprise Support portal at tom@app-stack.tech

Include your application ID in the request for expedited processing. This information enables our support team to process your deactivation request efficiently.
